Pre-conference workshops

A series of workshops and AMS visit will take place in CEREGE (Arbois campus, not the main conference site) just before the conference on Monday, June 15th.

The number of participants is limited, and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis (based on registration for the conference) and with a priority for Early Career Scientists.

There is no extra fee for the participation to these workshops.

Preliminary program

 Workshops will include hands on session on TCN related data based and software including :

• ICE-D
• Crep
• CIDRE
• ....

Visits of the ASTER AMS will also be planned.

Details and additional practical information will be posted later.

How to get there

Note that the activities of this day do not take place at the conference site (le Cube building in downtown Aix-en-Provence), but on the Arbois campus outside of Aix-en-Provence, where CEREGE is located. 

Two options from the Aix-en-Provence main bus station (Gare routière):

• Take the ligne 15 towards Europole de l'Arbois (check the bus signage) and get off at the terminus.
• Take either ligne 15 or ligne 18 towards Duranne École and get off at the Pléiades stop.
